Detailed Therapy Process at Nang Sen

The entire process takes place in a quiet and tranquil space, ensuring absolute relaxation for our guests.

1. Steam Bath Process (15 - 20 minutes)

• Step 1: Shower (5 mins): Using our seasonal grapefruit or ginger essential oil body care products.
• Step 2: Herbal Bath (5 - 7 mins): Relax in a wooden tub with herbal bath powder to relieve fatigue, back pain, and sciatica. Guests can request staff assistance for exfoliation if needed.
• Step 3: Steam & Ginger Foot Soak (5 - 7 mins): Wet steam bath with seasonal herbal bundles combined with a ginger salt foot soak to detoxify the body and prevent flu.
• Step 4: Herbal Rinse (3 mins): Rinse with warm herbal water to keep the body warm, prevent colds, and stimulate circulation.

*Note: For your privacy during the bath process, our staff will step outside. Please ring the bell whenever you need assistance, and we will be right there!

2. Therapeutic Massage Process

• Step 1: Five-herb Facial Mask: Soothe and naturally nourish the facial skin.
• Step 2: Full Body Therapy: Massage using high-quality coconut or aloe vera essential oils to restore body energy, benefiting the nervous, musculoskeletal, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.
• Step 3: Mugwort Compress: Deep treatment using hot mugwort compresses and herbal eye masks to relieve acute pain and aches.

3. End of therapy session

We invite you to the 1st floor to enjoy a nutritious meal to help restore your body.
